Authentic African Wax Print Fabric Printed and Sourced in Africa

Our African wax print fat eighths measure approximately 9 x 22 inches (23 x 56cm). We often send slightly larger fat eighths as it depends on the size of the fabric pieces leftover from our made to measure garments production.

Kitenge Store is proudly an ethical and sustainable fashion brand that aims for zero-waste during the production of our African print clothing. All fabric offcuts are collected from the cutting room floor and recycled by making small men’s accessories including stylish bow ties and matching pocket squares.

By sourcing our high-quality fabrics only from African countries, we support African cotton farmers, the African textile industry, and small businesses that sell the fabrics. Discover how you can tell the difference between authentic and imitation fabrics made in countries outside of Africa like India and China.

We ship all fabric orders worldwide from Tanzania within 1-2 working days by either the Post Office or DHL. Kitenge Store regularly ships fabrics to customers in the US and Europe. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to serve you.
