Kitenge’s sustainable African print headwraps and scrunchies (coming soon) are made to order, which reduces unnecessary waste, as we do not carry stock. Our talented Tanzanian tailors use fabric offcuts to lovingly make the hair scrunchies and face masks by hand so that there is zero waste from clothing production. Any fabric offcuts that are too small to recycle are donated to schools or female artisans who make jewellery.
The premium, 100% cotton, original African wax print fabric is comfortable to wear and becomes even softer after each wash.
