If you are not happy with the fit of your very first mtm garment (such as a long sleeve shirt, short sleeve shirt, 3/4 sleeve shirt, trousers, shorts or pencil skirt) then you will qualify for our Fit Guarantee service.
Simply send us an email at email@example.com and we will pay for a local tailor/seamstress to adjust the garment or re-make the garment and ship it to you for free.
If we believe the garment can be adjusted locally, we will reimburse you for the cost as long as you email us a photo of your sales receipt from the tailor/seamstress afterwards.
You do not need to return your original order to us if we decide to re-make your mtm garment. You can either keep it or donate the garment to a friend, relative, crafts person or charity.
If it is not your first mtm order, of a particular product type, then unfortunately we cannot give you an exchange or refund as the garment has been individually handmade to fit your measurements and may have been personalised.
To ensure your garment fits perfectly please read our ‘how to measure‘ guides carefully before sending us your measurements. It is important to us that you are happy with the fit of your mtm clothing so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or problems.
You may return ready-to-wear garments, men’s and women’s accessories (including neckties, bow ties, jewellery and headwraps) for an exchange or refund as long as they are unworn with all tags still attached. Please email us at email@example.com, within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
We will send you our returns address in the UK. Please then return any item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of contacting us. We will let you know once your parcel has been received and an exchange/refund processed.

Conditions of Return
Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a certificate of posting. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Kitenge’s fabrics are non-returnable as they are customised items that are cut to your desired length (1 to 6 yards).
We inspect our fabrics before shipping but if you find any damage or defects please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask you to send us clear photos of the damage so that we can investigate.
Due to the hygienic nature of fabric face masks we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. However, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
